M. Taner Doğan was born in May 1969 in Kırşehir. After graduating from Eskişehir Aircraft Electrical Department, he began working as an aircraft technician in Istanbul. Until the esteblishment of TD Team in 2011, he worked as a technician and manager in various companies. In 2011, he founded TD Team and has beein working as a General Manager since then.
Özgün Doğan was born on July 16, 1994 in Girne (Cyprus). After graduating from Primary School in Antalya College, he graduated from Metin-Nuran Çakallıklı Anadolu High School. Later, moved to İzmir and after successfully graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Business Administration Department started his carrer as Logistic Speciallist. At the same time he manages company's operation in Ireland.
Muhittin Apaydin has been in Aviation since 2004. He has BSc in Aviation Management from Anadolu University School of Aeronautics and Astronautics and MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University. He has attended number of professional trainings from accredited institutions such as Boeing, IATA, JAA/EASA, Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, etc. He worked in many start-up projects including foundation of Corendon Airlines, Er-Ah Aviation School etc. He was GCAA Approved Post-Holder of Operations of Falcon Express Cargo Airlines between 2007-2011. Since then, he has been working as an associate consultant and active pilot. He holds current Command Rating on Boeing 737NG/Max series with Irish, Turkish and GCAA ATPL Licenses.
Mr. Apaydin is the founder Managing Director (Accountable Manager) of Empathy Aviation Limited and leading this project since beginning.
Having obtained a honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 2001, Patrick Watson moved into the Aircraft Maintenance sector in 2002 working for set(Lufthansa) Shannon Aerospace EASA Part 145 base maintenance MRO as aircraft technician working on a broad range of wide and narrow-bodied aircraft, such as; B737, B767, B757 and Airbus A320 series. He also completed an EASA Part 147 Aeronautical Apprenticeship and an EASA Part 66 Cat A and B1 license during his time with Shannon Aerospace. In 2006 he then moved into the line maintenance sector for Ryanair as a Part 66 licensed engineer, working on B737 (NG) fleet.
In 2006 he joined Pratt and Whitney engines as a powerplant certifying engineer in an EASA Part 145 engine repair shop, working on PW4000, PW200, 7R4 and V2500 engine components. During his time at Pratt & Whitney they sponsored him to complete a masters MSc in Quality Management (Lean/Sigma Black Belt Trainer) and an internal auditors course which exposed him to the world of continuous improvement and quality assurance. In 2015 he was the Powerplant Project Manager for Wabtec Corporations looking after a fleet of 250+ engines and a staff of 20+ for the heavy and light maintenance contracts on the MTU power plant. In 2016, he joined Cobham Aviation Services (UK) as Quality Assurance Lead Auditor in an EASA Part 145 MRO facility, during their Part 145 approval process which involves supporting the Quality Form 4 manager and delivering the audit program to Part 145/ Part M & ISO 9001 compliance.
His current position as Quality and Safety Manager (Form 4) for Empathy Aviation supporting the start-up organisation to gain the companies first EASA Part 145 approvals at Dublin Airport.
Philippe Nuytten has been involved in aircraft line and base maintenance since 1989, after serving an apprenticeship in the motor vehicle industry. Has worked and trained as an aircraft engineer on a variety of different aircraft types, including Fokker, British Aerospace, Boeing and Airbus. Attended various industry related training centres, including Air Services Training, (Scotland) Dublin Institute of Technology, the Institute of Technology, Carlow (Ireland) IATA, and in house company training, achieving certification on many different aircraft, jet engine and aviation industry procedures courses. Has been involved in implementing new equipment and procedures within the airline, and has been heavily involved in the procurement and negotiation of all the airlines outstation technical support and de-icing contracts.
Philippe joins Empathy Aviation Limited in December 2018, as Empathy’s Dublin station Line Maintenance Manager.
